Anushka Sharma unveiled Women’s Health Magazine Cover at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. For the event Anushka wore tiny white shorts. Anushka at the event said “I get hungry quite often. I have to eat constantly in every two hours. In the night I don’t have to go to the kitchen, it’s (food) always next to me. Though it’s not a healthy thing but sometimes it’s OK.”
In the magazine, Anushka Sharma reveals her fitness regime, beauty secrets and also slammed rumours that she was anorexic.
On her fitness routine
On her fitness regime she says she does intense weight training every day for one hour. “Just as you can’t blindly follow fashion, you can’t follow fitness either. Don’t stress yourself out thinking, ‘I have to lose weight’, or look like Deepika or Priyanka or Anushka. Be yourself in whatever you do”
On herbeauty secrets
Anushka in her interview said she prefers to sport a fresh look, wearing minimal make-up. And instead of flipping out when that stray pimple makes an appearance, she ensures that she eats right, chugs water and gets enough shut-eye. She continued with her top beauty tip.., “I’d advise people to never step out without wearing an SPF, not even on a cloudy day.”
On being Anorexic
Anushka also slammed reports of her being anorexic saying “I know that I lead a healthy lifestyle,” she says. She has six meals a day that takes care of her protein, carb and fat requirements; and caps her calories at 2000 a day. She went on to say that she drinks at least 3-4 litres water a day, which ensures her flawless complexion.
Giving tips for good health and fitness Anushka said ”Don’t try to become like me or Deepika follow your instructor.Fitness has become such a large part of our lives that there are gyms at every nook and corners. There are such wonderful trainers. You need to get the right assistance and follow what is right for you. Don’t try to become like me or Deepika or Priyanka.”
