The rupee continues to lose ground against the US dollar which reached an all time high at Rs. 99.25 in Open Market on Monday.
The interbank exchange rate of the dollar reached Rs98.48 which led to an increase in the open market rate.
The dollar is currently trading at Rs99.25 in the open market.
The increase has rung alarm bells among the concerned quarters as it would further give rise to depreciation of rupee, which is already in a shaky condition.
