DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has rejected a Pakistani request to attend a briefing on security arrangement being made for Bangladesh’s proposed visit to Pakistan.
A Bangladeshi security team will arrive in Pakistan on March 1 to inspect the security arrangements.
The interior ministry and PCB officials will brief the Bangladeshi delegation about the security plan.
Pakistan had also invited the ICC to attend the briefing. But the invitation was rejected by the ICC.
ICC spokesman said that the cricket body would not review any plan unless the series is finalized by the two boards.
