Student Green Card Scheme Registration Form for LTC by Shahbaz Sharif

Lahore (July 7, 2012)– Chief Minister of Punjab Khadim-e -aala Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has launched students card service for travelling in the City of Lahore.

Shahbaz Sharif observed that as many as one lakh, 25 thousand 125,ooo girl and boy students would benefit under the new scheme, he was addressing the initiation ceremony of Student Green Card Scheme, held under the auspices of Lahore Transport Company, at Chief Minister’s Secretariat, here today.
Advisors Begum Zakiya Shahnawaz, Zaeem Hussain Qadri, Chairman Lahore Transport Company, Kh. Ahmad Hasaan, Vice Chairman Mehr Ishtiaq Ahmed, Members Assembly, bus operators, parents, teachers and a large number of students were present on the occasion.

Students Green Cards Scheme – Terms and Conditions

• Flat Fare of Rs. 10- per Trip will be charged with LTC Student Transport Card.
• Discount will be given when student shows LTC Student Transport Card.
• Serious disciplinary action will be taken if any card is identified as fake.
• Cards are non-transferable and should only be used by the card owner.
• If your card is stolen or lost, immediately report to the institution.
• If found guilty/involved in any misconduct with the Bus Staff; card will be cancelled and you will not be entertained for student discount card.
